Parents and godparents must attend a pre-baptismal class before the Baptism

Pre-Baptism class certificate issued at the end of class

A retake of the class is required if class had taken 3+ years to the day of the Baptism

If come from out of town, the pre-baptismal classes can be taken from another Catholic Parish

Provide documentation from the Parish indicating that have attended pre-baptismal classes
